Plant Maintenance & Modifications
There are many keys to a successful plant outage. Still, they all include a proven track record on labor supply for the continuous provision of a capable craft force managed by experienced supervision. Another key Williams benefit we provide our customers is a thorough pre-outage planning process and a fixed-price culture that carries over to the execution of services traditionally performed on a time and material cost basis.
Williams has excelled in these areas since it entered the maintenance and modification business in 1994. Williams begins its outage preparations before any significant work activities begin by assuming as much pre-outage planning and plant access requirements as the client desires. Once major scope activities commence, Williams performs those projects with the same controls and reporting systems for complex fixed-price scopes. The result is an outage completed safely and well within the cost and schedule boundaries required by the client.
