Establishing positive employee relations for every project is mission critical. Our approach is innovative and straightforward – hire, develop, support and retain experienced and trained craft people who value and understand safety, quality, time management and cost.
Through our participation in the apprentice training committees of Building Trade Craft Unions, we provide our management opportunities to influence the type of training used for both apprentices and journeymen training upgrades. This also allows us to increase the number of apprentices in the training programs.
We actively support the Boilermakers MOST program and the United Associations (Pipefitters) National Welder and Valve Certification programs at the local and international union levels.
